I had my doubts, but it worked. I wanted to unlock a featurephone - Alcatel OT-105. At first, after the usual time ended, I was sure I was scammed. I wrote the support and they wanted provider ID and offered me refund instantly if I couldn't give them provider ID. I didn't want refund, I wanted my phone unlocked, so after I gave my povider ID, they wrote me the code and it worked flawlessly 4 stars because they didn't ask for provider ID right away and I thought it was a scam. For 5 stars they should explain what information they require to unlock. I'd definitely use them again, though. And I'd definitely recommend them.

Wie kann man Code in das Alcatel OT 105 Telefon eingeben?
Der Code für ein Alcatel Handy kann auf zwei Weisen eingegeben werden:
1 - Das Handy mit einer fremden* SIM-Karte einschalten.
2 - Auf Aufforderung "Enter Network Key" den Entsperrungscode NCK eingeben.
Das Telefon ist schon ohne SIM-Lock.
* Eine SIM-Karte aus einem anderen Mobilfunknetz, als das in dem Handy funktioniert
1 - Das Alcatel-Handy ohne SIM-Karte einschalten.
2 - *#0000*NCK# eingeben
3 - Dann *#0001*NCK# eingeben
Das Telefon ist schon ohne SIM-Lock.
